Asymptotic properties of solutions of second-order neutral difference equations

Abstract
In this paper, we study asymptotic behavior of solutions of second-order neutral difference equationΔ2(xn+pxn-k)+f(n,xn)=0.We present conditions under which all nonoscillatory solutions of the above equation have the property xn=cn+o(n) for some c∈R as well as sufficient conditions under which all nonoscillatory solutions are asymptotically linear. © 2005 Elsevier Ltd.
