Abstract

Under the influence of the Internet and Web 2.0, the exchange of everyday medical experiences among medical laypersons takes more and more place in a virtual space. Medical laypersons use various resources as useful communication spaces and valuable sources of information about trustworthy doctors and reliable practices.
