Influence of cation exchange on the structure and properties of Faujasite-type zeolites

Abstract
The infrared spectra in the 400-2000 cm-1 region and X-ray investigations indicate that partial dealumination of the faujasite structure occurs even during the exchange of Na+ ions for other univalent cations. The degree of dealumination has been estimated and its influence on the catalytic properties of modified faujasite-type zeolites investigated. © 1979 Akadémiai Kiadó.
