Abstract

Nowadays, interest in home education is large, both in the research and practical areas. It is a popular form of completing compulsory schooling. Therefore, it is a topic that requires constant research exploration. Due to the changes taking place in Polish education, home education becomes more accessible. Therefore, there is an increased interest in this form of education. The publication consists of two key parts. First, there are terminological findings and a historical outline. Secondly, it presents the authors’ own research on home education. The priority aim of the publication is to present the practical implications.
