Bluźnierstwo jako akt przemocy i narzędzie opresji. Perspektywa etyczna

Abstract
Blasphemous acts are by their very nature directed against God. Nowadays, they have also become a tool of exerting pressure in various kinds of ideological disputes. In this way, blasphemy not only harms God's holiness, but also hurts His followers, constituting a real crime of violence and oppression against believers. In this context, talking about the so-called the offense of religious feelings is insuflicient, as it does not reflect the actual state of the occurring phenomenon, which affects not only feelings, but integrally understood people. In the context of blasphemy, therefore, the question of morał reference to another human being whose vital values are manipulated and included in a blasphemous act opens with a new sharpness.

- Akt bluźniercze ze swej natury skierowane są przeciw Bogu. Współcześnie stały się one również narzędziem wywierania nacisków w różnego rodzaju sporach ideologicznych. W ten sposób bluźnierstwo nie tylko godzi w świętość Boga, ale również zadaje ból Jego wyznawcom, stanowiąc realne przestępstwo przemocy i opresji względem osób wierzących. W tym kontekście mówienie o tzw. obrazie uczuć religijnych jest niewystarczające, gdyż nie oddaje stanu faktycznego zachodzącego zjawiska, które nie dotyka jedynie uczuć, ale integralnie pojętych osób. W kontekście bluźnierstwa otwiera się więc z nową ostrością pytanie o moralne odniesienie do drugiego człowieka, którego życiowo doniosłe wartości zostają zmanipulowane i włączone w akt bluźnierczy.
