Abstract
The article shows the impact of participation in the Eucharist. The Eucharist is something that should affect a Christian’s everyday life. The article is mainly based on the book "The Three Ages of the Interior Life" by Reginald Garrigou-Lagrange. Thanks to participation in the Holy Mass, Christ’s disciples are filled with his grace and his love and they can carry them to the world, which oft en forgets God, as well as everything related to the sphere of the sacred. In order for Catholics to transform this world with love from God, they should live the Eucharist in a fruitful way on a daily basis.
