Dielectric properties and domain structure of l and dl serine admixtured triglycine sulphate crystals

Abstract
Dielectric properties and domain structure in the process of spontaneous ageing of TGS crystals admixtured to a different degree with L and DL-serine and grown both in para- and ferroelectric phase, have been studied. The admixtured crystals were found to show a bias field Eb and lower values of dielectric parameters than pure TGS crystals. © 1993, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.
