Strongly Extreme Points in Orlicz Function Spaces

Abstract
For any Orlicz function Φ and any σ-finite atomless measure μ, a criterion for x from the unit sphere of the Orlicz space LΦ(μ), equipped with the Luxemburg norm, to be strongly extreme is given. Further, Orlicz spaces LΦ(μ) which are isometric to L∞(μ) are characterized. © 1995 Academic Press, Inc.
