Zadania samorządu terytorialnego w świetle koncepcji zawodności rynku i państwa

Abstract
One of the essential problems of economics is still a matter of state intervention. It differs economists for supporters and opponents of the interventionist policy. Usually discussions reduce to the role of the state comprehended as a state authorities, state-owned entities carrying out government's tasks and state enterprises. In the study the authors made an attempt to point at reasons for self-government appearance and its tasks in the light of market and government failure conception. (original abstract)

- Jednym z ważniejszych problemów ekonomicznych jest kwestia występowania państwa w gospodarce. Dzieli ona ekonomistów na zwolenników i przeciwników interwencjonizmu państwowego. Zazwyczaj dyskusje sprowadzają się tylko do roli państwa rozumianego jako władze państwowe, państwowe jednostki organizacyjne wykonujące zadania państwa oraz państwowe podmioty gospodarcze. W opracowaniu podjęliśmy próbę wskazania przyczyn występowania samorządu terytorialnego w gospodarce rynkowej w świetle koncepcji zawodności rynku i państwa. (abstrakt oryginalny)
