Abstract
The paper discusses patients' rights from the perspective of regulations contained in the Act on the Professions of Physician and Dentist, as well as the Code of Medical Ethics. The objective of the paper is to indicate the importance of the patients' rights in the light of the new Act on the Patients Rights and Com-missioner for Patients Rights Protection. The author analyses the patients' rights in view of doctor's diligence.
