Abstract
In the reported experiments, catalytic activity of Na-X, Na-Y, and Ca, Na-X zeolites in hydrogen sulfide oxidation with molecular oxygen or sulfur dioxide has been investigated at temperatures 343 K and 453 K. The influence of carbon dioxide on the process has been found smallest for Na-Y zeolite. Quantity and way of CO//2 adsorbed on zeolites cause variations in hydrogen sulfide oxidation process.
