The conditions of development of didactic and methodological competences of teachers working in Lower Secondary Schools in the villages

Abstract
The aim of this work is to check factors that have influence on the development of didactic and methodological teachers’ competence. These factors have been divided into four groups: professional preparation of teachers, social influence of school, organizational and economic solutions connected with the education and professional development, the attitude of teachers. The results of research in different areas can be found in the separate chapters. They were followed by the analysis of literature referring to the professional competence of teachers, their historical and career development. The discrete chapter is devoted to methodology of my own research. The whole work consists of eight chapters. Moreover, the work includes the attachment. Its contents comprises: tools of research, the results of the research used in the work with scales and graphic analysis. Furthermore, it includes additional data, with graphic analysis, which is the result of research. However, this data is not the subject of this work.- Record ID
